REPAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return shipment, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It should also be in the original package.

Different types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids.

Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift
* Downloadable software
* Choose products for healthcare and personal care

To return, you must provide us with a receipt or a receipt.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only a partial refund is granted (if applicable).)
* Books with clear signs of use.
* CD, DVD, VHS cassette, software, video game, cassette, or vinyl record that is open.

If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable))
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first.
Please contact your credit card issuer because there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a necessary processing time before a refund is placed.

Only items with current prices can be refunded. Unfortunately, sales items are not refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)))
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you have the wish to exchange an item for the same item, send us an e-mail to contact@huryl.com.

Gift
If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and it was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will refund the giver and they will know that you returned the item.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refunded. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from the return.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you have an item worth more than $ 75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track down or exclude delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we receive the item you bring us back.
